The hottest period in Hanoi would be from late May to the end of July. The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) predicted that provinces and cities in northern Vietnam, including Hanoi, will endure their first hot weather of the Summer of 2023 with temperatures in some places reaching 35 degrees Celsius. According to the center, the temperature in the capital city of Hanoi would rise to about 34 degrees Celsius on March 23. The heat wave will continue through the weekend, with temperatures ranging from 34 to 36 degrees Celsius in the northwestern provinces of Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La, Hoa Binh, Lao Cai, and Yen Bai, the NCHMF added.
