A man in the central province of Quang Nam has been asked to pay tax arrears after he was found to have earned USD727,000 from Google, however, he has not yet paid the required taxes. The headquarter of Quang Nam Province's Department of Taxation HCM City Department of Taxation has asked the central province of Quang Nam’s Taxation Department to work on collecting the tax arrears from the man who lived in HCM City at some point. According to the HCM City Department of Taxation, the man earned USD727,000 from Google between 2014 and 2017 but did not conform to his tax duties. He has been requested to work with the department many times, but he left his home in the city, so the department has asked Quang Nam Taxation Department to co-operate to settle the case.
