Two Vietnamese scuba instructors based in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province are well known among international tourists coming to Vietnam to take up diving lessons. Nguyen Truong Giang, 25, was detained by Ha Nam police Sunday for behavior that may constitute a murder charge.
