Police investigate viral video of 3-year-old smoking meth
Police officers said on Sunday they are searching for the man in the videos, who is suspected of being the lover of the boy’s mother. The clips have been shared widely on social media recently. The case was brought to authorities attention by a 30-year-old man, identified only as Tai, who claimed to be the boy’s biological father. Images in one 20-second clip Tai showed police revealed a boy in diapers sucking on a meth straw while a woman’s voice can be heard in the background asking: "OK?" Other videos showed a heavily-tattooed man in shorts using hammers and pliers to threaten the boy. Tai told police that he’d gotten married in 2018 and then had two children, with the boy in the clip being the youngest child. Man arrested after forcing 3-yr-old to smoke meth
Aside from the drug possession charge, police are investigating Bam on charges of child abuse and "enticing others to use drugs." Videos of Bam giving meth to the 3-year-old boy were brought to investigators’ attention by a man known only as Tai, the boy’s biological father, who reported the case to the police on Friday. Police arrested Bam on Sunday afternoon at his house in Cu Chi District after a two-day search for him. The officers found meth, drug paraphernalia and other related evidence inside the house. Bam tested positive for drugs, and fortunately the boy was negative. He is currently at the Ho Chi Minh City Children’s Hospital in stable condition with no abnormal symptoms. Bui Thi Thu Nga Banking and finance, Account manager BowerGroupAsia Vietnam Decree 08 postpones a number of new standards until January 2024, giving the market time to adjust and opening space for bondholders and bond issuers to negotiate. It amends Decree No.153/2020/ND-CP from December 2020, and Decree No.65/2022/ND-CP from September last year. In response to the proposal, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai, under the direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, instructed the Ministry of Finance to work with relevant ministries and branches to study and consider the association's recommendations and submit them for consideration and decision following the law.
