On February 21, 1946, then President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree No 23/SL on unifying public security units nationwide to into “Viet Nam Cong an vu” (Public Security Department of Vietnam) and regulating tasks for it, including intelligence affairs. Hanoi (VNA) – Foreign diplomats in Vietnam have provided opinions on Vietnam’s achievements during its period of “Doi moi” (renewal), most notably its economic development, containment of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the forward momentum of the country. Hanoi (VNA) - More than 200 documents, items, and photos are on display at the Vietnam National Museum of History in an exhibition to mark the 91st anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930 - 2020) and welcome the upcoming 13th National Party Congress. Entitled “Dang Cong San Viet Nam - Tu Dai hoi den Dai hoi” (The CPV – From Congress to Congress), the exhibition is divided into three sections.
