The European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) has explained that rules in Vietnam on extended producer responsibility (EPR) introduced a mandatory recycled content rate in products introduced into the domestic market. EPR in Vietnam is implemented via Decree No.08/2022/ND-CP implementing some articles in the Law on Environmental Protection, and an additional circular that were both made effective in January 2022. Innovative low carbon projects join climate finance accelerator Vietnam

The selected projects represent diverse sectors such as renewable energy, resource/energy efficiency, e-mobility, AFOLU (agriculture, forestry and other land uses), decarbonising construction, circular economy, and waste management; and have the potential to benefit communities across Vietnam. MoET urges schools to boost vigilance after spate of scams

The ministry has requested that schools encourage parents who have fallen victim to scams to report the incidents to the police for investigation promptly. What have been the key highlights in the discussions between Meta and Vietnamese government officials? The government is proactively asking Meta to share our international experience as chair of the digital economy committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
