On inspecting the standing militia posts of Mong Cai city and Binh Lieu district and hearing reports of the Quang Ninh provincial Military Command, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Doan Anh praised the Northern province for its outstanding achievements in organizing and training the standing militia force as well as implementing policies for them. The team is tasked with reviewing the ongoing reforms and formulating new policies for speeding them up, without threatening the judiciary’s constitutionally guaranteed independence, he said in a statement released on May 27.
