The Hanoi Technology Exchange's development aims to connect with the national technology exchange and technology centers worldwide. "Sam Tran took me to a local spot in Hanoi today to try a couple of Vietnamese classics," Albanese wrote on his official Twitter account, mentioning Sam Tran, a Vietnamese chef with multiple years of working experience in Australia. Albanese bought banh mi (Vietnamese baguette) at a local food stall before visiting a bia hoi (larger) shop on Duong Thanh Street in Hoan Kiem District. During his 40-minute lunch break, he enjoyed peanuts, roasted pork, fish cakes and tofu.
