The visit, which was delayed for two years due to COVID-19, is the 10th of its kind held by the State Committee for OV Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Naval High Command. According to Ambassador Ngo Huong Nam, Vice Chairman of the State Committee for OV Affairs, the visit aims to affirm Vietnam’s sovereignty and sovereign rights over the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago and southern continental shelf. The Vietnam Bear Rescue Center and Animals Asia launched a #NoBearLeftBehind campaign on Wednesday with the goal of rescuing all bears held in captivity throughout Vietnam and putting an end to the practice of bear bile collection. American actress Tara Buck, American actress and former fashion model Torrey Devitto, American television actress Marina Squerciati, Australian TV star Josh Packham, and Vietnamese actress and model Tang Thanh Ha participated in the campaign launch. The celebrities joined bear care and rescue tasks, such as preparing food, as well as teaching bears to look for food and playing with them in semi-natural areas at the Vietnam Bear Rescue Center in northern Vinh Phuc Province, currently home to more than 192 bears rescued from bear bile farms across the country. 55 Australia Awards Scholarship recipients ready to study in Australia

The recipients were selected from Vietnamese government officials, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic institutions, and private sectors. They will gain a world-class education and advance their knowledge and skills across a range of areas, including natural resource management, entrepreneurship, gender equality, disability inclusion and vocational education management. This year, the Australian Government has provided 10 more scholarships within the framework of the Mekong-Australia Partnership – a regional initiative by Australia to support Mekong countries with common challenges. The recipients will be educated on necessary skills to help Vietnam deal with emerging regional challenges. Vietnamese tech retailers manage to survive Covid-19 pandemic

Many retailers in phone and electronics segments focus on developing online channels to survive during the coronavirus pandemic period. To survive adverse effects of the coronavirus pandemic, many Vietnamese tech retailers have quickly boosted their sales on online platforms as their physical stores nationwide have to close until April 15 to comply with the prime ministerial directive stipulating measures to combat the pandemic. Opportunities for e-commerce in Vietnam to boom

Keeping the growth momentum, Vietnam is now one of the countries with the largest e-commerce market size in the region, besides Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Vietnam's internet economy in 2021 grew by 31 percent compared to 2020 and reached a scale of $21 billion. Of which, the online retail sector enlarged by 53 percent and touched a scale of $13 billion. Vietnam, Cambodia continue completing demarcation: Spokesperson
