Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival 2023 to take place in March

Authorities in Hoi An City, central Vietnam will hold a series of events to celebrate the annual Tet Nguyen Tieu this weekend. The traditional Tet Nguyen Tieu, or the First Full Moon Festival falling on the 15th day of the first lunar month, has long been adored not only by locals but also visitors to the ancient city. According to Pham Phu Ngoc, director of the Hoi An Center for Cultural Heritage Management and Preservation, the festival will be organized on the largest scale ever this year. It takes place in celebration of Hoi An’s First Full Moon Festival being recognized as national intangible cultural heritage early this month. Currently, four undersea cable routes that Vietnamese carriers exploit, including AAG, APG, AAE-1, and IA are experiencing issues, seriously affecting internet connection traffic from Viet Nam. This is the first time such incidents have happened at the same time, and even more unfortunately, during the Lunar New Year holiday. The military-run provider Viettel has devised re-routing plans to regulate traffic on the remaining sea cable and land cables, and buy additional emergency capacity to ensure the best service quality for customers. "HAGL Football Club will file a lawsuit to the People’s Court of Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, where the VPF headquarters is located," Duc told VnExpress on Friday. "I’m not doing this for the money, but to seek justice. I also want the VPF to amend the regulations to make it easier for other clubs, not just HAGL, to find funding sources." The conflict started when HAGL announced energy drink company Carabao as their new sponsor earlier this year. Another energy drink brand, Night Wolf, already had a deal to sponsor the V. League for three seasons from 2022 to 2024. The VPF told HAGL not to use Carabao’s images during the 2023 season saying Night Wolf is the exclusive league sponsor. HAGL cannot use Carabao’s logo on billboards at matches, on players’ jerseys and in other activities related to the league.
