The friendly relationship, comprehensive co-operation and mutual trust between Vietnam and China have seen major steps of development, according to Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien. He made the comment in an interview with the Vietnam News Agency ahead of President Tran Duc Luong's visit to China early next week.
