Vietnam, Cambodia hold fifth Defence Policy Dialogue (Photo: VNA) Binh Phuoc (VNA) - The fifth Vietnam-Cambodia Defence Policy Dialogue at the deputy ministerial level was held at  the Hoa Lu International Border Gate's border station in the southern province of Binh Phuoc on May 14. Vietnam and Cambodia signed a treaty on demarcation in 1985 and supplemented the document twice. Vietnam and Cambodia are working on completing the remaining 16% of the demarcation work, a Vietnamese spokesperson said today, adding that negotiations on this issue are on the way.
