The two-day event features a premium networking event as well as bringing together leaders from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam to promote economic integration within the region and the rest of the world. The IPACC-13 drew the participation of chiefs of armies from 30 countries, namely India, the U.S., Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mongolia, the Philippines, Timor Leste, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, New Guinea, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, France, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the U.K, Brazil, Kenya, Tanzania, Indonesia, Nigeria and Vietnam.
