The journey, jointly organized by the Naval Region 3 Command, the Youth Union Organization, Department of Education and Training, and the Charity and Children’s Right Protection Association of the city, saw the participation of more than 250 disadvantaged children from seven districts of Da Nang city. Addressing the event, Major General Nguyen Hong Phuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel under the GDP, emphasized that it is important to send troops to study abroad to provide high quality human resources with good professional expertise and advanced scientific and technological knowledge for the military and the country.
