Hanoi (VNA) – The Times Kuwait news portal on January 27 posted an article on the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), describing this as one of the most important political events in the country in 2021. It wrote that with the results and accomplishments achieved in 2020 in particular, and during the past five years, Vietnam has made a mark with breakthroughs, outstanding in the difficult circumstances and situations facing the world. Over the past many years, Vietnam has been known as a safe country with index on human security gradually improving. With political stability, the Vietnamese people now believe in the political system and in the leadership levels of the CPV, as a result of which the important decisions of the Party are often fully supported by the Vietnamese people.
