The competition, part of the Taste of Australia event, was organised by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and supported by Vietnam’s Graduates from Australia Club (VGAC). The 7.5 million USD project, sponsored by the UN Development Programme (UNDP), the governments of Canada and Ireland , the Danish Trust Fund, the UK Department of International Development (DFID) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA), will be carried out between 2008 and 2012. This phase will be beneficial to all provincial People’s Councils nationwide as an extension from 16 localities in the first and second phases. "Two Vietnamese males have been arrested by police of Mallorca Island over sexual assault allegations. One was born in 1980, the other in 1984," said a spokesman of the Mallorca police department. The spokesman however refused to provide their identities and occupations. The men’s identity and occupations were not revealed, but local reports said they were an actor and a musician. Further legal proceedings would be decided by the Mallorca court, the spokesman said, adding that they "might have been allowed to be out on bail".
