Viet Nam’s handicraft products win UNESCO prize
Three handicraft products made by Vietnamese artisans have won the "Seal of Excellence" 2006 prize of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). The prize winners, including two pottery vases produced by the Tran Minh Kinh and Chuc Hung pottery kilns and a lacquer bowl by the Kim Ma workshop, were selected from 13 entries submitted from Viet Nam . Chu Shiu-kee, Chief UNESCO Representative in Viet Nam , said the result proved that Vietnamese handicraft products have met with international standards and should gain more opportunities in the world market. Hanoi Gift Show 2015
PANO – The Hanoi Gift Show 2015 will be held at the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center (148 Giang Vo Street, Hanoi), as announced at a press conference on July 21. According to the organizing panel, around 600 booths from more than 200 businesses and production units in 30 provinces and cities nationwide, such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Thua Thien-Hue, Da Nang city, and Nghe An, are joining the event. Tuấn made fans at the Sóc Sơn Gymnasium jump for joy as he smashed Wichian Sripaengpong of Thailand 11-1 in the final of the men's 55kg category to take the gold medal. Earlier, Tuấn defeated Din Ten of Cambodia 8-4 in the semi-final. The Cambodian athlete won the world championship twice in the 54kg weight class in 2017 and 2019. Hybrid work enhances employee well-being in Viet Nam

While organisations have benefited from higher employee productivity levels, more needs to be done to build an inclusive culture and fully embed hybrid work arrangements to boost readiness levels and enhance employee experience. Cisco's "Employees are ready for hybrid work, are you?" study found that 70 per cent of employees in Viet Nam believe that the quality of work has improved. A similar number (67 per cent) felt that their productivity has enhanced. On top of that, 84 per cent also feel their role can now be performed just as successfully remotely as in the office.
