As directed by the Foreign Ministry, Vietnam’s representative agencies in Russia contacted the host authorities to seek information. As of March 26 evening, nearly 64 people were confirmed dead, 15 of them have been identified. Russian agencies are checking identities of the dead, according to the embassy.
