The Rhythms Restaurant came in 15th on the list as part of the 2023 Travelers' Choice 'Best of the Best' Restaurants Awards announced on Wednesday. Located on the 7th floor of La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa in downtown, the restaurant provides a captivating view of central Hanoi's Hoan Kiem Lake (Sword Lake) and the capital's historic Old Quarter. "The restaurant concept is formed in harmony with the rhythms of the King's Symphony, showcasing an orchestra of Vietnamese authentic cuisine embellished with the grandeur of royal ambiance," a Tripadvisor reader wrote. Its menu highlights traditional Vietnamese cuisine representing all regions of the country, with signature dishes including roasted chicken north-west Vietnam style, local spring rolls, and banana rolls and ice cream. Photo: Nhat Bac/VGP Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 20 (local time) presented the Vietnam Friendship Medal to high-ranking global vaccine expert Aurélia Nguyen in New York for her efforts and contribution to Vietnam's success in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. The Franco-Vietnamese vaccine expert is the Chief Program Officer at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. Aurélia was one of the key people who helped Vietnam receive 70 million vaccine doses from the Covid-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) initiative. Photo: VNA The Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA) and the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) signed a cooperation agreement on September 28 to promote travel between the two countries and increase the volume of visitors. Under the agreement, the two sides will share information on tourism policies, travel market trends, and tourism statistics, and promote exchanges between tourism businesses from both sides. After the signing ceremony, VITA and KTO will jointly establish a survey team to explore new tourism products in Jeonnam and Jeonbuk, South Korea.
