Vietnam and Malaysia have agreed to establish a cross-trading link between the two countries' stock exchanges, the Business Times newspaper said Friday. That was one of the plans outlined in the memorandum of understanding signed between Bursa Malaysia Bhd and Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center (HCMC-STC) in Kuala Lumpur Thursday. The Chamber of Commerce of the northern England metropolitan town of Huddersfield is leading a trade mission to Vietnam in the new year, looking to expand trading links, a local newspaper reported Oct. 26. India, Vietnam seek to forge closer investment, trade links By Mong Binh - The Saigon Times Daily HCMC - Government agencies and businesses of India and Vietnam took action at the opening of a major event in HCMC on Thursday to give a new boost to trade and investment relations between the two countries. The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) inked an agreement with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) to build a better bridge for Indian and Vietnamese businesses to spur cooperation and partnerships.
