During this month, payment systems were the most common phishing cases detected by Kaspersky, representing 11.77 percent of all phishing and over 44 percent of financial phishing. The increase in online transactions in Vietnam during the pandemic has facilitated the proliferation of phishing with pages impersonating popular payment systems such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and more. The percentages are from anonymised data based on the triggering of the deterministic component in the Kaspersky’s Anti-Phishing system on user computers. The component detects all pages with phishing content that the user has tried to open by following a link in an e-mail message or on the web, as long as links to these pages are present in the Kaspersky database. The delta, the country’s largest rice, fruit and seafood producer, is affected by saltwater intrusion from the sea up rivers every year in the dry season. Nguyen Hieu Trung, deputy rector of Can Tho University, said the delta has been affected by climate change in recent years, especially by drought and worsening saltwater intrusion which cause severe damage to agriculture. Ltd., which is tasked with collecting fees for on-street car parking in Ho Chi Minh City, recently announced that its fee collection arm reported a VND8 billion (US$344,200) loss in 2021. The first Southeast Asian outdoor astronomy park located in Hanoi is nearing completion after five years of construction. Located in Duong Noi urban area in Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Astronomy Park is an outdoor public project for outer space lovers. The Astronomy Park in Hanoi was designed and constructed by Malaysia-based EGO Group. As its concept design is based on the idea of simulating the process of shaping the universe billions of years ago, the park reproduces the Big Bang and the formation of planets in the solar system.
