Development of industrial park, urban area, and service model Previously, Binh Duong was famous for large industrial parks. However, now it is known for modern urban areas with a wide range of utilities. In an interview with us, Dr. Pham Tuan Anh, Director of the Office of Binh Duong smart city, said that industrial parks could only exist and develop sustainably when they are surrounded by an adequate technical infrastructure and developed society. These complexes include urban areas, industrial parks, downtowns, high-quality entertainment services, residential areas, schools, hospitals, and so on. They bring a modern and harmonious living environment, so that people can both have stable jobs, high incomes, and other needs met. Visiting Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) or other industrial parks in the cities of Thuan An, Di An, and Thu Dau Mot, or Tan Uyen town, Bac Tan Uyen district, Bau Bang district, we can clearly see these things.
