The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has just approved to pilot the implementation of the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) model at the country's two biggest airports of Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai. A data centre set up for the implementation of A-CDM According to CAAV, the implementation of A-CDM will help improve data and coordination between concerned agencies to provide clear, accurate and transparent information, which will help reduce delays and provide a better travel experience for travellers. Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) have co-operated with the two airports, local airlines, and a Dutch consultancy agency to set up the models at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports. Singapore promotes instant payment system connectivity in Southeast Asia

To enhance cross-border payments, the BIS Innovation Hub Singapore Centre developed the Nexus concept of a first-of-its-kind multilateral network connecting multiple domestic instant payment systems (IPS). Nexus prototype successfully connected the test IPS of the Eurosystem, Malaysia and Singapore, allowing payments to be sent across the three using only mobile phone numbers.
