The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has just approved to pilot the implementation of the Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) model at the country's two biggest airports of Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai. A data centre set up for the implementation of A-CDM According to CAAV, the implementation of A-CDM will help improve data and coordination between concerned agencies to provide clear, accurate and transparent information, which will help reduce delays and provide a better travel experience for travellers. Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) have co-operated with the two airports, local airlines, and a Dutch consultancy agency to set up the models at Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) building.(Photo: AFP/VNA) Singapore (VNA) – The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) said on March 23 that the Nexus Project prototype of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has successfully connected with the payment systems of Europe,  Malaysia and Singapore. To enhance cross-border payments, the BIS Innovation Hub Singapore Centre developed the Nexus concept of a first-of-its-kind multilateral network connecting multiple domestic instant payment systems (IPS). Nexus prototype successfully connected the test IPS of the Eurosystem, Malaysia and Singapore, allowing payments to be sent across the three using only mobile phone numbers. In the next phase, BIS and the central banks of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand will jointly work towards connecting their domestic IPS through Nexus. Rafael Frankel, director of Public Policy for Southeast Asia and South Asia at Meta Group, the owner of Facebook, in an interview with Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper on Wednesday, highly evaluated the Vietnamese market and stressed the group’s long-term presence in Vietnam. “Meta’s commitment to the Vietnamese market is long-term.
