Nine contestants analyzed and clarified the President's thoughts regarding the qualities necessary for a public employee, such as diligence, thrift, integrity, and selflessness as well as self-improvement. Chief organizer Tran Hong Ha, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, said: "The contest aims to popularize the study and following Ho Chi Minh's moral examples in the party committees at various levels.
