Hanoi is conducting power cuts rotationally across the city amid the power shortages due to the prolonged hot weather, which has affected local residents. On Friday, many areas in Long Bien District faced power cuts. From 4 pm, hundreds of people went to Aeon Mall Long Bien to shop and avoid the heat.
