Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Antonio Alessandro expressed his wish for Italy and Vietnam to join hands in golf tourism development during a presentation in Hanoi this week to promote the 44th Ryder Cup 2023, one of the world’s most prestigious golf tournaments. The Italian Embassy in Vietnam hosted the presentation on Thursday to launch activities that promote the Ryder Cup 2023, a biennial men’s golf competition between teams from Europe and the U.S., which will be organized for the first time in Italy from September 29 to October 1 at Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome. Japan’s premier Kishida wishes to invite Vietnam to G7 Summit
Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio has revealed his intention to invite the leaders of Vietnam and six other countries to the 49th G7 Summit 2023, hosted by Japan in May. Kishida announced the plan to the media on Monday during his visit to India where he officially invited Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to this year’s annual G7 Summit, who accepted the invitation, according to Japan’s Yomiuri Shimbun daily newspaper. Japan expects to invite Vietnam, Australia, Brazil, the Comoros, the Cook Islands, Indonesia, and South Korea to the summit, in addition to India. The upcoming summit is scheduled to take place in Hiroshima Prefecture on May 19-21. The Group of Seven (G7) nations consist of the U.S., the UK, Germany, France, Canada, Italy, and Japan. Japanese artist to hold charity concert for children with cancer
Usuda Reiko, the owner of the café, said the concert would feature singing and piano over two hours. The café can host a maximum of 30 people. Borujeson, an artist of international acclaim, has been performing worldwide since the eighties. She lives in Japan, the U.S. and Sweden, and continues to tour worldwide. A jazz artist with classical roots, she has rendered a distinctive sound of innovation, contradiction, and academic precision that uniquely harmonises with the touch of her fingers. She also teaches in China, Latvia and other countries, and the Keiko Foundation assists young musicians in Latvia and Slovenia.
