Former Vietnamese State President Le Duc Anh passed away at the age of 99 due to his illness and old age on Monday, according to the National Commission on Health Services for Senior Officials. The former head of state succumbed to his illness at his home on Hoang Dieu Street in Hanoi at 8:10 pm, despite the care and treatment from doctors, the Party, and state.
