The tournament  will be divided into two stages. The first stage will take place from June 1 in Lam Dong province with five teams of Cao Bang, Hung Gia Khang Dak Lak, Quang Nam, Tan Hiep Hung, Vietfootball. They will compete in a round robin format to decide the four teams that will progress to the second stage. The second stage will witness the participation of the four winners in the first stage and the top six teams from last year’s National Futsal HDBank Championships, including Thai Son Nam, Sahako, Zetbit  Sai Gon FC, Thai Son Bac, Sanvinest Sanatech Khanh Hoa, and Hieu Hoa Da Nang.
