In a bid to create a healthy networking atmosphere in the country, the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has completed a code of conduct on social networks for internet service providers and users, said Minister Nguyen Manh Hung. Almost a third of more than 4,100 enterprises surveyed in Vietnam do business on social networks, a slight decrease from the previous year. Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) conducted the survey on Vietnamese e-commerce activities from September to November last year.
