The complex comprises two parts – a petrochemical and refinery plant project and a project to build a national storage for crude oil and petrol products. In the first phase, the petrochemical and refinery plant will have a capacity of processing 12-13 million tonnes of crude oil per year, along with 0.66 million tonnes of condensate, LPG and Ethane. A man died after trying to save five people from drowning on Phu Quoc Island. On Wednesday afternoon Nguyen Van Thai, 56, from Duong To Commune, Phu Quoc Island, and some others suddenly heard the call for help from a group of tourists, including three adults and two children, at Truong Beach. One of the five tourists saved by local residents Immediately, the four rushed into the water. When Thai reached the victims, he tried to take them ashore, but he failed because of the rough waves. At the same time, another man named Do Duy Dung, 35, helped to bring the four victims ashore by boat. The remaining victim, who was a child, was saved by another tourist.
