Alongside, many universities have made changes in training activities to meet the requirements of the market. New academic programmes In 2019, the National Economic University (NEU) will open seven new programmes - business analysis, data science in economy and business, financial investment, finance technology, business management in smart operation, quality control and reform, and management of international hotels. Ho Chi Minh City to set off fireworks at three locations to usher in New Year
Ho Chi Minh City authorities have announced a plan to stage pyrotechnic shows in District 2, District 11, and Binh Thanh District to celebrate New Year, according to the Vietnam News Agency. The plan has been approved by the municipal People’s Committee. High-range fireworks will be set off in the entrance to the Saigon River Tunnel in District 2 and at the Landmark 81 skyscraper in Binh Thanh District, while one low-range pyrotechnic display will be staged at Dam Sen Cultural Park in District 11. The fireworks will be displayed for 15 minutes, from 00:00 to 00:15 on January. About 100 firms join Vietnam International Fashion Fair 2019

The event, covering nearly 3,000 sq.m, is jointly held by the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Centre JSC (VEFAC) and Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (VINATEX), Vietnam Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association (LEFASO), and N Group. The fair features more than 150 booths showcasing famous fashion brands in garments and textiles, leather footwear, and cosmetics and beauty care services.
