The first phase of IPv6 for Gov, conducted between 2021 and 2022, primarily focused on State agencies. Half of all ministries, agencies, and localities were targeted to adopt IPv6 transitional plans and successfully shift towards IPv6 for their portals. It is expected that all of them will roll out their plans during the second phase between 2022 and 2025. Hanoi intensifies efforts to combat smuggling and trade frauds ahead of Tet holiday
Local authorities will maintain inspection works at key areas, including Noi Bai International Airport, Yen Vien train station, ports, wholesale markets and shopping malls. Hanoi’s Steering Committee for Combating Smuggling, Commercial Fraud and Counterfeit Goods, known as Steering Committee 389, has announced its plan to intensify efforts to combat smuggling and trade frauds before, during and after the 2021 Lunar New Year holiday. Local authorities would maintain inspection works at key areas. Vietnam customs steps up fight against origin frauds in trade
In order to better combat trade fraud activities in the future, the Ministry of Finance is requesting related agencies to soon issue specific criteria for domestically-produced goods. Under Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s instruction in Directive No.824 on tightening state administration against trade frauds, the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has been working on perfecting the legal framework and identifying offenses in trading activities. UNESCO continues fund for gender equality project in Vietnam
The "We are ABLE" project aims to strengthen the ability of children from ethnic minorities, especially girls, to overcome the challenges they face.
