Those who apply for a civil service exam, meant to select employees for public agencies in the city, are only required to add a certificate that indicates their foreign language command has reached the second level of the country's A-to-C scale to their applications, Le Hoai Trung, standing deputy director of the department, said Tuesday, citing city regulations. He elaborated that candidates must have a B-Level Certificate in any of the five languages: English, French, Russian, German, and Chinese.
