In realizing a plan on searching and collecting remains of fallen troops in Laos’ Khammuane province in the 2022 - 2023 dry season, Team 589 of the Quang Binh provincial Military Command has overcome all difficulties and hardships and collected 19 sets of remains of martyrs and their belongings. Speaking at the ceremony, Ho An Phong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and Head of the province’s steering committee for search, collection, repatriation, and identification of fallen soldiers' remains (steering committee 515 in short), expressed deep gratitude to the Lao Party, State, and people as well as Khammuane province’s party organization, authorities, departments, organizations, armed forces, and people for their coordination and support to Team 589 to complete their assigned missions. The 10 destinations, recognised by the Mekong Delta Tourism Association , comprises the ecotourism site of Tra Su cajuput forest (An Giang province); the Noc Nang national historical relic site (Bac Lieu province); the special national relic site and the memorial site of scholar Nguyen Dinh Chieu, the tourism site of Hai Van farm tourism site - Vam Ho bird sanctuary, the Ben Tre TTC Palace, and the Ben Tre TTC culinary site (Ben Tre province); the Hung Kings Temple (Can Tho city); the Go Thap relic site (Dong Thap province); and the national landscape and relic site of Ba Om Pond; and the Huynh Kha ecotourism site (Tra Vinh province). Artist Ngo Dong drew the scenes in the early morning in 2020 at Tao Dan Park, District 1. This is one among over 80 works by the artist displayed at the “Hien Thuc Da Chieu” (Multi-dimensional Reality) exhibition at the HCMC Museum of Fine Arts on May 20-30. The majority of the paintings are about life in the southern city where the artist has lived for more than 40 years. His painting “Nang Mai Trong Pho” (Early Sunlight On The Streets) was drawn in 2020. After realizing that his life has become more beautiful and tranquil 15 years ago, he switched from his initial style of surrealism to realism. “I threw all of my surrealist paintings away, except for those that were sold. I find myself best expressed through realism inspired by real lives,” he said. The restrictions by China's cyberspace regulator against Micron are the latest in a widening trade dispute between the world's two largest economies. The move by China sparked tough language from key lawmakers and the White House. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters on Tuesday the Chinese announcement on Micron was "not based in fact." The White House said the Commerce Department was "engaged directly" with China over Micron, a maker of memory chips that are essential for products from cell phones to data center servers. Every day, this memorial site, which is dedicated to “ Don ca tai tu ”, or southern amateur singing, and musician Cao Van Lau, attracts a large number of domestic and foreign visitors. The memorial house is one of the first “One commune, One product” tourism products in the Mekong Delta. Bac Lieu was once home to affluent landlords with children whose lavish lifestyles gave rise to many anecdotes about “princes”. Another tourist attraction in Bac Lieu is a century-old villa showcasing extravagant living from the past. The house has been newly painted and had amenities added to serve visitors but still retains its classic Western architecture.
