However, at present, economic downturn and "wait and see" psychology of customers hasn't been really exciting yet. In the first 6 months of this year in HCMCity, there are only about 5,000 sold apartments from 31 projects. Almost projects target at segments of middle and high-end markets. The number of most sold apartments belongs to Eastern area (District 2) and Sai Gon South area (District 7). In Hanoi, there are rather big differences between supply and demand in the first 6 months of this year.
