The plan, approved by Quang Nam People's Council last Saturday, allows the construction of the embankment, spanning 550 meters from Cam An Ward to the An Bang area. In 2010, Quang Nam invested VND70 billion in a beach embankment, before building dikes in 2014 and 2015 with a total investment cost of VND74 billion.
