Hanoi authorities say the application of Nano-Bioreactor technology to treat To Lich River pollution hasn't brought satisfactory results, but the Japanese side has rejected the conclusion. It will spread across Binh Minh and Binh Duong communes. The 70.35 ha golf course will have 18 holes and an investment of VND500bn. It will operate for 50 years. The project is expected to be completed in one year after the construction starts. Lao Cai Golf Project is invested by Fansipan Sa Pa Cable Car Services and Tourism Company in Ban Qua Commune. With an investment of VND550bn, it has 18 holes and covers 80 ha. It will operate for 70 years and is expected to complete in two years after construction starts.
