(CPV) - From November 12-14, the Prime Minister together with Ministers of Industry and Trade, Construction and Health, and the State Bank Governor will join a question-and-answer (Q&A) session at the National Assembly (NA), said the Office of the NA on November 8. Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc plans to have a report on the implementation of the Q&A resolutions of the NA of its two previous sessions, according to Head of the NA Office Nguyen Hanh Phuc. After that, Ministers of Industry and Trade, Construction and Health, and State Bank Governor will join the Q&A session before the Prime Minister submits a report clarifying issues of concern by NA deputies and voters, and directly answer NA deputies' questions. Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem arrived in San Francisco, California, on Saturday as the first step of his official visit to the United States lasting until March 18. Prime Minister’s activities in Japan
Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on Oct. 20 attended the debut of the Viet Nam Committee, set up by Japan's Council on Foreign Relations, paid a courtesy visit to former Prime Minister Koizumi and held a press briefing at the Japanese national press club in Tokyo. Speaking at the debut of the Viet Nam Committee, PM Dung praised the establishment of the committee and its significance in promoting the friendship between the two countries. Dung said he was confident that the committee would contribute to boosting the two countries' friendly ties for prosperity in each country, region and the world at large. Its establishment shows the Japanese side's determination to lift Viet Nam-Japan relations to a new level, particularly bilateral trade and in creating a new wave of Japan's investment in Viet Nam.
