Chieu (1822 – 1888) is among the World Cultural Celebrities whose birth and death anniversaries will be commemorated by UNESCO between 2022 and 2023. According to Deputy Director of the hospital Senior Colonel Vu Quang Vinh, 40 medical personnel of the hospital and Military Hospital 103 were mobilized to provide health check-ups, consultancy, and free medicines for around 100 wounded and sick soldiers, martyrs’ relatives, and national contributors. Deputy Minister, Vice Chairwoman of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs Hoang Thi Hanh (R) offers presents to disadvantaged people in Quang Ngai Province's Tra Bong District.
