Nghe An targets 1.2 billion USD in export revenue
Nghe An (VNA) – The central province of Nghe An has set forth a raft of measures to realise its yearly target of 1.2 billion USD in export revenue. At a meeting on January 20, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Hong Vinh asked departments and agencies to focus on implementing the export promotion project for the 2021-2025 period. Apart from developing major exports, it is a must to push ahead with administrative reform, hold more dialogues with businesses and step up infrastructure building, he went on. The province has encouraged enterprises to expand production, overhaul technologies, raise productivity, especially in garment-textile, mining, and fruit and aquatic product processing, as well as enhance connectivity and effectively engage in value and production chains. Hanoi (VNA) - Tran Nguyen Manh of Viettel FC is the leading goalkeeper in terms of having the most clean sheets in domestic leagues throughout ASEAN during 2020, according to statistics compiled by ASEAN Football. Manh shares the leading position with Thai goalie Chatchai Budprom of BG Pathung United FC in the Thai League 1, with each keeping 10 clean sheets in their respective domestic leagues last year, reported Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV). The outstanding performances displayed by Manh in goal helped Viettel FC win their first V.League 1 championship title and earned them a direct spot to enter the group stage of the upcoming AFC Champions League. Xa Doai orange reaches high consumption for Tet holiday
Xa Doai oranges sold for VND70,000 (US$3) to VND80,000 (US$3.5) per each one at the gardens, notably beautiful and a giant orange priced at around VND100,000 (US$4.3), an increase of more than 20 percent compared to last year. In recent days, many traders have flocked to Nghi Dien Commune in Nghe An Province’s Nghi Loc District where was known for a specially sweet and fragrant orange to order for Tet holiday. Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghi Dien Commune Mr. Phan Cao Duong said that there have been around 10,000 orange trees planted on an area of over 17-hectare household gardens and farms.
