Dione told Hanoi Mayor Nguyen Duc Chung at a reception on June 8 that cooperation projects between the WB and Vietnam in general and Hanoi in particular have been bearing fruit, especially in the areas of transportation, water and air quality improvements, climate change adaptation, flooding resistance, and digital transformation. According to Charles Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division, U.S. Department of State, with significant number of unused family-based visas in FY2020, more than 14,200 EB-5 visas will be available for distribution in 2021. The Department of State treats Hong Kong (and Macau and Taiwan) as a separate foreign territory from mainland China for the purposes of immigration visa quotas.
