Pham Thu Hang, deputy head of the Press Information Department and deputy spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been promoted to acting head of the department and official spokesperson of the ministry. The ministry organized a ceremony to hand over the promotion decision to the new spokesperson on Thursday.
