A man was recently attacked by a dog owner after trying to prevent the canine from getting close to his son at an apartment building in Ho Chi Minh City. Police in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City are now verifying the incident, which took place at Saigon Riverside Apartment Complex on Thursday evening, according to a source close to Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper.
