At the conference, the Steering Board agreed to choose the theme of the seminar as “The Northwestern Victory in 1952 - Historical stature and  lessons learned.” The seminar is scheduled to take place in mid-October in Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province. Up to now, the Institute of Military History, the standing organ of the Steering Committee, has collaborated with relevant units and agencies to prepare for the seminar. The two men had been arrested for two months. The Investigating Court of Palma, Majorca, Spain, has returned passports to two Vietnamese men who were accused of raping a minor on the island at the end of June. The court, which is investigating the alleged rape of a 17-year-old girl in a hotel in Andratx, decided on August 3 to return their passports and they have already returned to their country originally, according to Spanish Ultima Hora. The two men, one 37-year-old and one 42 and were famous, were released without bail but their passports were confiscated after they were arrested. Both took advantage of their right not to testify before the magistrate. The “Hanoi City Ring Road No.3 Construction Project (Mai Dich - South Thang Long Section)” aims to construct a high-standard inner-city expressway in the western section, connecting the Mai Dich intersection and the South Thang Long intersection of Ring Road No.3 which links northern and north-eastern provinces, industrials zones and Noi Bai International Airport with the city center. Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC exported over one-third of its products to the United States in 2021. A plane of Vietnam Airlines (Source: VNA) Quang Binh (VNA) – The Vietnam Airlines Corporation is planning to raise the flight frequency between Hanoi and Dong Hoi city of central Quang Binh province to meet growing travel demand, according to the provincial People’s Committee. From August 1 to October 29, seven flights will be added to each of the Hanoi - Dong Hoi and Dong Hoi - Hanoi routes every week. That will bring the total number of the firm’s round-trip flights between the two destinations to 21 per week, including 14 flights operated by Vietnam Airlines and seven by Pacific Airlines. The People’s Committee said the corporation has been effectively operating the route linking Hanoi and Quang Binh, which has helped facilitate air travel and contributed to local tourism development.
