Vietnam enters car consumption boom period

March 30: Vietnam’s coronavirus cases jump to 203, Bach Mai Hospital count hits 33

Patient No.17 was the first case confirmed in Hanoi, marking the start of the second phase of the battle against the virus in Vietnam.
