The growth of MICE in Vietnam has been one of the nation's tourism success stories in recent years. According to the Hoa Binh Group - a leading MICE agency in Vietnam, the MICE market in 2015 saw year on year growth over 20 percent. Meanwhile, Vietravel's MICE business in the first seven months of 2015 reached over 170,000 up 28 percent year on year. This accounted for approximately 50% of their total passenger traffic. Travellers Notes (02-11-2007) HCM City-Nha Trang luxury train to run in December The Railway Tranpsort and Trade Joint-Stock Co and the Sai Gon Railway Passenger Transport Co last week signed a co-operation agreement to begin a luxury train line catering to business travellers and tourists between HCM City and Nha Trang. The Golden Lines train will run four daily carriages linked to the SN2 train to Nha Trang and the SN1 train from Nha Trang to HCM City. The trains, which cater to middle and upper-class passengers, will include lavish interior decorations and contain seven cabins furnished with beds only.
