Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono said that the opening ceremony of the forum will be the first meeting of stakeholders in water resource management. FLC fails to achieve quorum in extraordinary meeting
The company said that 103 shareholders showed up at at the meeting on Sunday but that they held only a combined 32.15% stake. FLC is set to call another extraordinary meeting on March 5. Regulations allow it to conduct this meeting if shareholders owning 33% of voting shares are present. The extraordinary meeting was called to approve the dismissal of Deputy Chairman Dang Tat Thang, who was among the founders of the company. The FLC board of directors now has only four people, and the company wants to increase this number to six. E-wallet market in Vietnam estimated to reach 50 million users by 2024

In a report, Robocash Group said: “the modern e-wallet market in Vietnam is booming with 90% of the market falling on three wallets: Momo, Moca and ZaloPay.” The country is seeing tough competition, given that there are 40 electronic wallets in operation, the report said. Robocash Group estimates that by July 2024, the e-wallet market will have 50 million active users, 100 million by May 2026, and 150 million by July 2030. In addition to the already mentioned wallets, there are three other major competitors including ShopeePay (AirPay), ViettelPay and VNPT Pay. The top six already account for 99% of the market. Jeju Air to resume service to Vietnam from April 20
Vietnam plans to welcome one million Korean arrivals this year. Jeju Air, South Korea’s biggest low-cost carrier, will resume services on the routes from Incheon to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from April 20, after three years of suspension due to Covid-19, according to Yonhap.
