My favorite food is probably the one from the center, like bun bo Hue, mi Quang or Cao Lau. I wish I could find Cao Lau in Saigon. I am also really fond of banh cuon for breakfast. Regarding destinations, I fell in love with Hoi An at first sight and always feel good when I am there. Still in the center, I have been once to Phong Nha National Park and I think this area has a lot to offer. New rules on working foreigner management
Entry and exit of working foreigners are governed by the Law of Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam. This law rules that a work permit is only one of the conditions for indicating the purposes of foreign employees working in Vietnam so that they are provided with the appropriate visas. Meanwhile, the conditions for entry to Vietnam include an effective passport and a valid visa. Therefore, the new Labor Code has removed such an unjustifiable obligation to be complied with by foreign workers when entering Vietnam. The move followed Vu Ban District authorities’ proposal sent to the provincial People’s Committee. Every year, the market usually attracts tens of thousands of visitors. The Vieng market is part of the Phu Day Temple site which worships the Mother Goddess Lieu Hanh. The market is surrounded by the Mother Mausoleum, the King Temple, Long Van Pagoda, Cao Pagoda, Tien Huong Palace, Van Cat Palace and Ong Khong Temple. Built in the 19th century, these sites have been officially recognised as cultural and historical site. The market offers a wide range of products including antiques, ancient ceramic items and farming tools. But ornamental trees are the most popular item in the market. Local artisans in Nam Truc district bring their masterpieces to the market to display and to sell. Last year, Vieng Market was held, but the visitor number was lower than usual.
