Phung Anh Tuan, executive vice chairman and secretary general at Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI), passed the remarks at the Fintech Revolution Summit in Hanoi on March 27. The two-day summit is attended by BFSI experts, fintech leaders, ministry and central bank authorities, investors and corporates across Vietnam. The Vietnamese Government is advocating the development of a digital economy and promoting industrial revolution 4.0, said Tuan. Many directives have been on promoting non-cash and electronic payments, including Resolution 02, dated January 1, 2019, and Decision 1813, dated October 28, 2021. Hai played from the start in the game between Pau B, the reserve team of Pau FC, and Lege Cap Ferret on Saturday. This is his fourth game for Pau B this season and he has started in all of them. Despite playing the full 90 minutes in his favorite attacking midfielder position, Hai did not score or assist. This is the 17th consecutive game that Hai did not score, including games at his French club and the Vietnam national football team. The last time he scored was on Oct. 8, 2022, when he equalized for Pau FC against Rodez in France's second football division Ligue 2. Architect Ngo Doan Duc believes that Hanoi needs to create policies to attract talent and investors to build two new cities in Hoa Lac and Noi Bai. Hanoi Vice Mayor Le Hong Son has assigned the Department of Home Affairs to prepare a task force in charge of building a model of cities belonging to the capital city. Kim calls for ramping up N.Korea’s ‘weapon-grade nuclear material’
Kim was shown in state media images surrounded by uniformed generals inspecting a row of compact green warheads identified as the "Hwasan-31", which means volcano in Korean. The North has long sought the technology to "miniaturise" a nuclear warhead allowing it to be mounted on its intercontinental ballistic missiles to threaten the United States. Diagrams on the walls in the photos indicate this could be possible with the Hwasan-31. Kim was briefed by officials from the North Korean nuclear weapons institute, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported. He called on them to expand "the production of weapon-grade nuclear materials" for an "exponential" increase in the North's arsenal. IPv6 for Gov’s first phase, which was performed in 2021-2022, focused on state agencies. Half of the ministries, agencies, and localities were set to adopt IPv6 transitional plans and successfully shift towards IPv6 for their portals. All of them are expected to roll out the plans in the second phase in 2022-2025. They have duly been named Hung Tru 1, Hung Tru 2, Hung Tru 3, Hung Ka Vong 1, and Hung Ka Vong 2.
