Commissioner for the Environment, Oceans and Fisheries Virginijus Sinkevičius made the remarks at a meeting with Vietnamese Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan in Brussels on September 18. Vietnam moves up 4 places in Economic Freedom of World index
Vietnam has maintained a consistent upward trajectory since 2015, reflecting the government's efforts to restructure the economy toward full market-oriented development and international integration.
